Dairy House, our home, is a secluded former Victorian farmhouse, built in 1870, set high on a hill completely surrounded by fields and beautiful views.  It was part of a large estate formerly owned by Corpus Christi College, and a small herd was kept here which produced dairy products for the nearby manor house - hence the name.

Come and shut out the world, curl up, relax, pamper yourselves, and recharge your batteries.  We provide modern amenities whilst retaining the country ambience and intrinsic architectural history of the buildings.  Although we are only ten minutes from the M5 we are very secluded - the nearest neighbour is a mile away and there is no passing traffic as we are at the end of the original farm lane.  The two barns are approximately 50ft apart, and we have gone to great pains to make sure that the privacy of guests in both barns is preserved, in particular the positioning of balconies so that no-one is overlooked.

Nearby Cullompton has takeaways, restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket.  There are also country pubs nearby which serve excellent food. Exeter is only 30 minutes away, as are Tiverton and Sidmouth.  The surfing beaches of north Devon are about an hour away, there are National Trust properties nearby, and the Eden Project can be reached in about two hours.  Each accommodation has a large quantity of brochures giving details of what there is to see and do, plus a list of recommended local attractions.  See Places To Go
